Pilates

Pilates aids alignment and improves posture. This body conditioning program helps you strengthen your core and condition all the major muscles in the body. The benefits include correct alignment, increased flexibility a stronger more toned physique and a sense of well being, as the class includes relaxation. This class is for all levels and offers many options to challenge all abilities.

Pilates classes take place as follows:

  • Wednesdays 7pm to 8pm at Skidby Village Hall
  • Fridays 9:30am to 10:30am on Zoom

Yoga

Yoga is a body and mind practice using physical postures and breathing techniques to aid relaxation.

Yoga classes take place as follows:

  • Wednesdays 6pm at Skidby Village Hall
 
Discounts are available for courses or you can pay weekly.
