Pilates aids alignment and improves posture. This body conditioning program helps you strengthen your core and condition all the major muscles in the body. The benefits include correct alignment, increased flexibility a stronger more toned physique and a sense of well being, as the class includes relaxation. This class is for all levels and offers many options to challenge all abilities.
Pilates classes take place as follows:
- Mondays 1:50pm to 2:50pm at Skidby Village Hall
- Wednesdays 7pm to 8pm at Skidby Village Hall
- Fridays 9:30am to 10:30am at Cottingham Road Baptist Church
All you need is loose clothing and a mat, which can be supplied by your instructor
