All of our classes at SJayz should make you feel relaxed, inspired and engaged.  So there is no need to worry just come along and try out a class – you are in good hands.

Superstars will start back on Saturday 4th November at our venue – Skidby Village Hall

Yoga class continues – Wednesdays at 6 pm to 6:45 pm at the Skidby Village Hall

Pilates class continues – Wednesdays at 7pm to 8pm at Skidby Village Hall
